LaTiffany N. Perkins is a licensed social worker with over 17 years of experience in a plethora of community services. LaTiffany started her career as a social worker providing case management support to children and their families connected with Intensive Behavioral Health Supports. It was there that she grew a passion for helping families in underserved communities. With that passion, LaTiffany embarked on a mission to ensure that children and families throughout the City of Philadelphia are safe and have their basic needs met. Such roles have included creating and facilitating staff training, budget management, quality assurance and program management. LaTiffany is committed to helping individuals recognize and identify their own strengths and resilience; rather than focusing on weaknesses, failures, and shortcomings. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping individuals reach their goals, while improving abilities to attain and maintain healthy relationships. LaTiffany incorporates warmth, genuineness, and humor to create a space where clients feel safe and empowered.

LaTiffany is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of PA and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of DE. She is a certified facilitator of Family Programs with experience in helping families make critical decisions. As a therapist LaTiffany not only brings a wealth of knowledge about family systems, behavioral management, and safety; her belief that personal health and wellness are key components of self-management. LaTiffany is well versed in modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. It is with the use of a strength-based perspective that LaTiffany believes anyone can achieve creating a system of self-management that will continue to support overall health and wellness.
