Ava is a counselor-in-training who holds a BA in Psychology from Rowan University and is currently working towards her MS in Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counseling at Saint Joseph's University. She provides services to children, teenagers, and young adults. Her styles of counseling include, but are not limited to, client centered therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. Ava believes that everyone is worthy of the therapeutic healing process and hopes for her clients to see that they are deserving of it as well. As someone who has struggled with her mental health in the past, Ava strives to demonstrate to her clients, the need for self-love and self-confidence as strive to live well, maintain their daily routines and responsibilities, and overcome day-to-day issues. She wishes to encourage and uplift clients in an effort to build on their strengths and other goals they seek to achieve.
