$1.00 per page for first 100 pages ($0.25 for each page thereafter), and postage will also be charged for printed records (Printed, Emailed, Faxed per client)



(Please note, all documentation is provided within 7 business days; practice business days are Monday-Thursday. A $75 to $150 fee applies to all "24-hour return" document requests depending upon the number of pages.

While we are private pay only, meaning that we do not directly bill insurance, upon request we will prepare a receipt for you (a superbill) to submit to your health insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Depending upon your benefits and on a case-by-case basis, insurance providers often reimburse a significant portion of session fees to clients. Receiving private pay services has many benefits including no limitations on the number of sessions you receive, no mandatory mental health diagnosis to maintain services; a diagnosis that can potentially affect your ability to receive life insurance, participate in the military, obtain employment and more. Furthermore, private pay allows for true privacy outside of the limits of confidentiality already disclosed, as the clinician does not have to release confidential session notes to insurance companies when insurance companies audit practices. It is recommended that you check with your own insurance company to determine their reimbursement policies and procedures. We will not talk to, email, or interact with insurance companies at any time and the responsibility will always fall on you, the responsible party, to interact with your insurance company. *Note: Life Coaching is generally not covered/reimbursement eligible through insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company to confirm.

Reunification Therapy Fees:


Note: Includes 3 individual intake sessions with each parent and child along with 13 weeks of reunification sessions. Hybrid sessions are offered based on availability. Hybrid sessions include both virtual and in-person sessions. Most courts require parents to split the costs equally.


$3000 for 16 weeks of virtual reunification sessions

($210 for each additional week needed)


$3600 for 16 weeks of hybrid reunification sessions

($315 for each additional week needed)

Co-Parenting Counseling Fees:


Provided By Executive Director, Shonda R. Brooks, MA, LPC, NCC ONLY. Sessions are a minimum of 10 weeks, yet 14 weeks are recommended. Most courts require co-parents to split the cost evenly.

$1950 for 10 weeks of virtual sessions


$210 for each additional week needed
