Cayla Adler is a counselor-in-training who is passionate about helping people live to their fullest potential. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in psychology, with minors in human development & family sciences and women & gender studies. She is currently working towards a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Joseph's University. Her counseling style is integrative and includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), multicultural counseling, and more. She has experience working with anxiety and depression in children and young adults.


Cayla strongly believes that everyone deserves to have a safe outlet, regardless of what obstacles they are facing. She promotes self-care and self-confidence to help clients conquer daily challenges and personal struggles. She believes everyone has a unique story that plays a role in better understanding themselves and their feelings while building trusting and warm relationships.
